Elk Mountain Trail

3 mile round trip hike to Elk Mountain with an elevation gain of 2788 feet. It was probably the toughest hike we have gone so far, due to steep climb, slippery trail (due to loose pebbles), and near 100 degree temperature.

Romona Falls Trail

7.2 miles hike to beautiful Romona Falls. We lost our way a number of times, including getting to the trailhead, and also while hiking back.

Eagle Creek Trail

This week we went to the real Eagle creek and it is very beautiful. It is 12 mile round-trip hike to the Tunnel falls. We tried couple of ways to get a closer view of the punch bowl falls, but the water was too cold and we didn’t exactly know the way to go into the river.
